independence day...

Happy 4th of July!

As we have a long weekend here in the states, full of fireworks, bbq's and other celebratory perks that come with holidays. I've decide to take a much needed break, unplug and enjoy this beautiful summer we are having.  

I'll return here after the 12th.

The plans for my break? Hmmm... maybe a little tidying up in the studio, sketching, playing with some projects that have absolutely nothing to do with business, but hopefully give me a little inspiration...

But if the sun is shining...you will most likely find me at the beach!

With a limited amount of studio time today, 

I was able to finish this little redhead. 

She is one of my favorite characters 

and is available in my shop.

With the sunshine FINALLY making an appearance 

in our woods, I'll return outside to 

sketch and drink my latest batch of iced tea...

Oh, how I would love to feel the wind in my hair and the sun on my face while I ride around on my bike.
